Thai Red Curry Paste
You can quickly cook Thai Red Curry (Kaeng Phet) with this paste. This famous spicy and soupy dish is cooked with meat such as chicken, beef, shrimp or vegetarian protein such as tofu in coconut milk.
If you don’t like spicy food, you can still try this. You’d find it as a nicely balanced dish having the sweetness of coconut milk, the spiciness of red curry and the saltiness of the fish sauce.
